Yes. All of our vehicles are under 3.5 tons, so you can drive them with a regular driver's license. Automatic Transmission (AT) limited licenses are also perfectly fine.

Yes, you can rent if you fulfill one of the following conditions!

①Those who have a Japanese driver's license
②Those who have a U.S. military personal vehicle operator's permit + driver's license from U.S. + ID
③Those who have an International driver's license based on the Geneva Convention (1949) (within the validity period) + driver's license of their own country + passport
※ Driver's license and international driver's license must be issued in the same country.
④ Those who have a Foreign driver's license (limited to Taiwan, Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium,Monaco)＋Official Japanese translation + Passport
※ Only translations issued by the embassy or consulate of the country of the foreign driver's license in Japan or the Japan Automobile Federation are valid.

Upon fulfillment of any of the above, - Credit card holder - We rent to those who understand and agree to the precautions on our website, the rental agreement, and the rental agreement.

Prices vary depending on the vehicle. Hiace vans (Type 1, 2, 4) start from 33,000 yen (tax included) per night (2 days), and Jimny/Every vans start from 26,400 yen (tax included).

All vehicles come equipped with a rooftop tent, side awning, car navigation system, ETC device, Bluetooth connection, rearview camera, 100V AC power outlet, and a basic camping gear set (table, lantern, bedding, etc.).

We offer a total of 8 different models.
Types 1, 2, 4, and 8 (Hiace models) can accommodate up to 6 passengers.
Types 3, 5, 6, and 7 are highly recommended for couples or pairs (2 people).

*Note regarding the Mint model: Due to its structural registration, the rear seats are not equipped with seat belts. (This model is legally exempt from rear seat belt requirements).
If you wish to use a child car seat, it must be installed in the front passenger seat. If you require two or more child car seats, we highly recommend choosing Type 1, 4, or 8.

In accordance with the rental agreement, reservations are accepted in the name of the renter.

Pets are only allowed in the Hiace Type 2 (Mint-colored van).
There is no additional charge for pets, but they must be kept in a cage inside the vehicle according to our policy.
Other vehicles are strictly pet-free.

No, smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles, including electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products. If smoking is detected, a cleaning fee and Non-Operation Charge (NOC) will be applied.

Pick-up and drop-off hours are from 10:00 AM to 17:00 PM at our Asoviva Works shop in Urasoe City, Okinawa.

All children under the age of 6 are legally required to use a seat belt or booster seat.
If you wish to use your own child safety seat, please inquire in advance or use one that is compatible with a two-point seatbelt.
We also offer rental child seats as an option.

Yes, child seats and booster seats are available as a paid option. Since availability is limited, please apply for them at the time of your reservation.

We offer a free shuttle service from "Urasoe Maeda Station" on the Okinawa Monorail (Yui Rail) to our shop.
Please let us know your arrival time at least one day in advance.
We do not offer direct pick-up from Naha Airport.

Yes, we can park up to one of your personal vehicles free of charge during the rental period. However, please note that we cannot hold any liability for accidents, theft, or damage that occur while your vehicle is in our care.

No, Asoviva Works vehicles are not equipped with toilets or showers. Please utilize public campgrounds, Michi-no-Eki (roadside stations), or public bath facilities throughout Okinawa.

We kindly request full payment at the time of booking. Please complete your payment by credit card through our online system. All major credit cards are accepted.

Once we confirm the availability of your requested vehicle, we will issue an invoice. Your reservation will be officially confirmed upon the completion of payment.

Yes, cancellation fees apply from 14 days prior to your rental date: 14 to 8 days prior: 20%, 7 to 2 days prior: 30%, the day before: 50%, on the day or no-show: 100%.

If a storm/typhoon warning is officially issued by the Okinawa Meteorological Observatory and your flight is canceled, or if we determine that it is unsafe to operate the vehicle, no cancellation fee will be charged and a full refund will be issued.

You can pick up your vehicle from 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. The earliest pick-up time is 9:00 AM.
*Please note that the paperwork and vehicle orientation will take approximately 30 minutes.

Extension is possible only if there are no subsequent reservations. Please be sure to contact us by phone before your scheduled return time. In the event of an unauthorized extension, a prescribed penalty fee will be charged.

We are sorry, but we do not offer a one-way rental (drop-off at a different location) service. All vehicles must be returned directly to the Asoviva Works shop.

Since Asoviva Works camper vans are designed for camping and sleeping in the vehicle, we highly recommend staying at campgrounds that are fully equipped with showers and toilets. While it is possible to stay overnight at Michi-no-Eki (roadside stations), please note that extending the awning, setting up tents, and using fire (such as campfires or barbecues) are strictly prohibited at these locations.

Yes, it is possible. However, if you take the vehicle to an outer island by ferry, you will need to pay a "vehicle shipping fee" in addition to the passenger ferry ticket. Depending on the size of the vehicle, this often costs over 10,000 yen one way (over 20,000 yen round trip). Therefore, considering the cost-effectiveness, we only recommend it if you plan to stay on the island for 2 or more nights.
