Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees apply:

■13-8 days before departure: 20% of the reservation fee
■7-2 days before departure: 50% of the reservation fee
■From the day before departure: 100% of the reservation fee

If travel becomes impossible due to a typhoon, cancellation fees do not apply.
Bank transfer fees for refunds due to customer circumstances are the customer’s responsibility.
