本日は今帰仁村にある「森の巣箱」での素晴らしい癒し体験を皆さんにシェアします！

森の巣箱にはCafe&Bar・Sauna・Hotelが併設されており

やんばるの森の中で究極のリトリートが味わえます。

※SaunaとHotelは要予約制ですが、Cafeは飛び込みでも大丈夫です。

名称通り、森の中に巣箱があるみたいで大人の秘密基地のようです♡

Mori no subako means "Forest nest" in Japanes.
It's like a nest in the woods, a secret base for adults

【早速、サウナに癒されに♡】

サウナの母屋の扉を開くとお着替えスペースとお水がありました！

Entering to Sauna's place and you will find the changing space and water server.

木の扉を開けると上段・下段の2段で4人まで座れます。温度は95℃〜100℃でしっかり高温です。

There are 2 stage, up to 4 people can enter and firmly high temperature which is 203-212°F.

セルフロウリュも最高です。Self-Loyly is the best! Okinawa aroma-water makes you inhale deeply.

アロマ水には沖縄アロマを使用されていて、自然と深呼吸しちゃいます。(癒されてきました♡)

そろそろ暑くなってきたなぁと思ったら、シャワーでサッと汗を流して水風呂にダイブ！

水風呂は13℃くらいで、きちんと冷えます！

喉に冷気を感じたら外のリクライニングチェアへごろ〜ん♡

絶景を前にととのいの絶頂、まさに森の天国です！！

Time to go dive to the cold water bath and lay down on the reclining chair just in front of the YANBARU forest.

3時間の貸切なので、本当にゆっくりできます。ととのった後は、Cafe & Barで至福のドリンクを♡

3-hour private parties are availabl, so you can enjoy a very relaxing time! After refreshin, go to cafe & bar!

カラダに優しい魅力的なドリンクたちがいっぱいありました！

ナチュラルワインやクラフトビールもありましたが、今回はオーガニックココアとブラッドオレンジジュース。

さらに、トスカーナフライドポテトを注文。ハーブとニンニクに香りがとても良かったです。

A wide variety of beverages inclufing alcohol such as natural wine and craft beer.

This time we order Brat orange juice and Organic iced chocolate milk.

Plus we ordered a Toscana french fries!

カフェにセルフロウリュのアロマ水に使用していた沖縄アロマがありました！

オリジナルの精油で"Morinos"です。

You can find the original organic essential blended oil at cafe, it's on sale.

キャンピングカーでサウナに寄って癒された後

車で1分の今帰仁海辺のキャンプ場でキャンプ飯とビールなんて最高じゃないでしょうか。
